How to Hire Our Buses

  • Contact Us. Use the form at the bottom of this page or the details found on our about us page to make an enquiry. Please include the following information:
  • Your name and contact details
  • Which organisation wants to hire the bus
  • The date and times you require the bus
  • How many people you want to transport
  • Our team will get back to you. If we can offer you the bus you will have to provide further information including:
  • Driver Details
  • Copy of Drivers License
  • We will then communicate with you to organise key collection and payment.

  • Who Drives the Bus?

    We encourage self-drive for anyone between 25 and 70 who has held a license for more than 2 years. Please note that a D1 license is required to drive our larger bus.

    We have some volunteer drivers, subject to availability. Please let our team know if you need a volunteer driver, when you make your enquiry.

  • What is the Standard Pricing?

    Full Day: £75

    Half Day (up to 6 hours, daytime or evening): £50

    Minimum Hire: £30

  • Can I Speak to Someone in Person?

    You can visit our office between 9:30 and 12:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or at other times by appointment.

    This is to the right of the main entrance to Thirsk and Sowerby Town Hall.
